SMC Foods Limited ( Madhusudan ) is a leading player in the frozen food industry, and we're looking for an experienced professional to lead our Frozen Products division in the North East region.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned candidate with a minimum of 12 years of experience in Frozen Products to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure seamless operations in the North East region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and suppliers

- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences

- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
