- Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Vice President/General Manager to lead our frozen food products business in India and international markets. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and drive business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop and implement sales strategies for frozen food products, focusing on customer needs and market trends
- - Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets and expand product reach
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers
- - Analyze market data to identify opportunities for new product launches and promotions
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for customers
- - Drive business growth and expansion in India and international markets
- Requirements:
