Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of farm activities, including plantation management, crop planning, and harvesting.
  
• Oversee labor management to ensure efficient use of resources and meet production targets.
  
• Monitor and maintain quality standards for agricultural products through regular inspections and testing.
  
• Develop and implement effective farming strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase yields.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, irrigation systems, and pest control.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in horticulture or agriculture industry (organic farming preferred).
  
• B.Sc degree in Agriculture or relevant field; MBA/M.Sc (Agri) an added advantage.
  
• Strong knowledge of organic farming practices; certification from NPOP/USDA Organic would be an asset.
