Primary Role:
To recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of professionals responsible for managing the P&L of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Transactions (Lease & Sale) focused on offices and high-street spaces.
Business Coverage.
Cities: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Build and lead a team of motivated professionals.
- Oversee the end-to-end CRE transaction business and ensure consistent growth across the assigned cities.
- Collaborate with teams across all levels to align efforts and achieve business objectives.
Business Development & Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the firm's footprint in target cities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
Client Interaction:
- Engage with occupiers, retailers, and landlords to understand space requirements and facilitate successful transaction closures.
- Build long-term relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Lead Generation & Deal Closure:
- Generate leads through multiple channels and ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize lease and sale agreements, ensuring all legal and financial terms are aligned with client and company requirements.
Market Intelligence & Due Diligence:
- Track and analyze market and financial developments to enhance the organization's response capabilities.
- Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all transaction-related documents.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven 6-7 experience in CRE transactions (lease & sale).
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking with an eye for business growth.
- Knowledge of market trends and financial analysis in real estate.
- MBA candidates will be preferable.
