Manager - Real Estate Sales (7-8 yrs)

Real estate experience Sales Managers with 7 plus years of experience to be based at Chennai.

Desired/Key Skills:

- 5 plus years of direct sales experience in Real Estate.

- Min 2+ years of hands on experience in selling Branded or Premium/ Luxury Residences.

- Experience of selling luxury properties of INR.

- Frequent Travelling Required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Experience in generating new leads through various sales/marketing techniques/BTL etc.

- Ability to generate and convert the leads to sales. Should have strong experience in sales closure.

- Having knowledge of the local property market and experience of property pricing to find homes that match their clients' needs.

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.

- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.

- Should guide the team in following the company's policy, system, software & reports etc.

- Updating all necessary information in the ERP.

- Delivering reports to the Management. Should be a Go Getter and Target Oriented.

- Always Customer Focused with good Analytical Skills.

- Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills.

- Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances.

Qualification preferred: Graduate degree in any specialization with an MBA is an added advantage.
