Technical Skills ● Strong experience in Service Portal,Employee service center Pro ● Strong knowledge of HTML,CSS, Javascript, and AngularJS ● Hands on experience on scripting(Business rules, client script, script include, glide Ajax, ACL, UI policies, Ui actions, workflows, flow designer) ● Ability to create custom widgets/pages/instances and establish communication between widgets. ● Knowledge on Content Publishing,Content Experience,Content Analytics and Content Governance modules. ● Should be aware about knowledge management. ● Experience in AI Search, Manager Hub ● Experience in Mobile Development ● Experience in Virtual Agent and conversational AI ● Experience in translation using ServiceNow Language translation framework and dynamic translation, also translation using SmartLing, Intendo ● Experience in Raytion integration ● UI Development Knowledge in Angular or other UI frameworks is a plus ● Ability to write JavaScript code that is easy to read, follows best standards with extensibility and reuse in mind ● Strong knowledge of development on the ServiceNow platform and enterprise architectures. ● Should have required knowledge on integrations using REST/SOAP/Scripted Rest/Data source ● Knowledge of Import Sets, Update Sets and migration process. Administrative Skills ● Ability to carry out ServiceNow performance troubleshooting activities ∙ Effective in finding the root cause to bugs and proposing fixes on the ServiceNow platform ● Applying ServiceNow configuration and customization best practices that ensure a stable platform. ● Good understanding of the ServiceNow data model (including task hierarchy, CMDB, user, groups, roles and data relationships) ● Knowledge of how to improve performance of a ServiceNow.
