Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FICO solutions for our enterprise clients.

This role requires deep expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), along with a proven track record in architecting end-to-end solutions and managing complex SAP FICO projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in SAP S/4HANA, integration with other SAP modules (e., MM, SD, PP), and the ability to manage delivery and project management for large-scale implementations.

This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive business transformation and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect SAP FICO Solutions : Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are aligned with industry best practices.

- Project Delivery Management : Oversee the delivery of large-scale SAP FICO projects, including managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.

- Integration Expertise : Design and manage integrations between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, as well as external systems.

- Leadership : Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivering high-quality solutions on time.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

- Optimization & Innovation : Drive continuous improvements in SAP FICO configurations, reporting, and processes to enhance system performance and business operations.

- Post-Go-Live Support : Provide ongoing support after go-live, including troubleshooting, system optimization, and user training.

- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of SAP FICO projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with a proven track record in architecting, implementing, and supporting complex SAP FICO solutions.

- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA FICO modules (Financial Accounting and Controlling) and SAP integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).

- Hands-on experience in SAP FICO project management, including leading implementation projects from concept through to go-live and post-go-live support.

- Strong understanding of SAP FICO business processes, including financial reporting, month-end closing, budgeting, and cost allocation.

- Knowledge of integration protocols (e., REST, SOAP) and tools for integrating SAP FICO with external systems.

- Experience in SAP FICO design and configuration in both standard and customized scenarios.

- Proven ability to manage teams and mentor junior consultants in complex SAP environments.

- Strong understanding of SAP best practices, process optimization, and financial data management.

- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for working with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

- SAP certifications in FICO or related areas are highly desirable.
