About this opportunity
Reporting Analyst/Lead Analytics will be responsible for Handling Requirements /Designing Robust Automation and Analytical Solutions/Developing and Testing Solutions/Performing Troubleshooting and Providing Support/Supporting Daily Operations/Driving Continuous Improvements/Developing Competence in the Technical Domain.
What you will do
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and understand business processes, identify automation candidates, and define clear and comprehensive requirements.
Lead the design and architecture of Analytical and Automation solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and in line with industry best practices.
Ensure adherence to Automation solution architecture guidelines.
Document design like ARF, ASD and training & user guideline etc.
Define architecture for Automation solutions, systems.
Continuously improve product quality and optimize processes in development.
Maintain architecture for products, solutions, systems.
Analyze requirements to derive CR specific requirements/ test scope test strategy/ test environment
Analyze requirements to understand how the introduction of new features/ functions (SAC, Migrate +, IFRS 18,BPC etc..) can impact the existing Automation product and the test scope
Analyze system wide impacts of requirements on architecture
Stay informed about ongoing development in the Automation and GenAI area.
Provide innovative ideas of services and features that could be derived from new or existing opportunities.
Drive innovation within Automation and Gen AI area
Develop domain specific technical competence, as defined for the individual position.
Actively share knowledge as an integrated part of the daily work, in order to develop competence
Actively re-use knowledge as an integrated part of the daily work and develop re-usable component to drive efficiency within Automation and AI area.
Act as a mentor and coach for colleagues
Streamline analytics output for Group Function Finance, particularly FCBS.
Design, develop, and deploy automated reporting solution.
Ensure high data quality in the reporting output.
Work closely with the automation team to automate reporting and analytics processes.
You will bring
8 to 15 Years of experience working in IT/Software organizations.
Proven experience as a Data Architect or a similar role.
Expertise in Analytical tools such as SAC, Power BI, Power Automate.
Strong programming skills in languages like Python, VBA, Java Script.
In-depth knowledge of automation technologies, including process automation, Gen AI, and machine learning.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and design efficient automation and Analytical solutions.
Excellent communication and Technical leadership skills.
Project management experience is a plus.
