You will:

-Develop and maintain Technical LAN & Information Security strategy for Customer Technical LAN/WAN network. Ensure existing Technical LAN & Information Security tools of Fault and Trouble management are functioning as per requirements and specifications
Overall owner of Customer Technical LAN/WAN Network contract. Front-end with customer / partner for day-to-day operations, any escalations, reviews, etc.
Line Management for the Technical LAN & Information Security engineers. As the Lead for technical LAN & Information Security for Circle, the position will be responsible for Security awareness and training within the Circle Organization. Escalation Lead for Circle within Managed Services for all Technical LAN & Information Security related issues.
Ensures the Service level agreements (SLA) and Working level agreements (WLA) with partner organization are adhered to.
Participate in regular Governance meetings with the stakeholders supporting the interests of Managed Services.
Should be able to handle/coordinate multiple vendor s who are responsible for Technical LAN & Information Security related issues.
Ensure Customer satisfaction in the Technical LAN & Information Security area
Governance Report and Review that users are using the application in accordance with the security requirements, user s right management and maintaining a user record.
Proactive Identification, Highlighting & Closure of Security Risks within Circle.
Support & Ensure ISMS & BCMS etc. Compliances within the Circle. Support in all Internal & External Audits within the Circle.
Conduct internal Audit Security Audits as agreed in the contract. Review that all the security aspects have been implemented at the Systems in accordance with security and risk management directives
Ensure that all important security related incidents are reported to the security Lead and/or to other teams concerned and if and when required, escalated to senior management.
Ensure Zero Penalty on the Information Security Domain for the respective Circle. Ensure KPI/SLA Fulfilments for Security Domain
Responsible for driving EHS through employee Awareness and Compliance for the responsible unit

Certifications: IP Certifications are added.
Automation: Python Development
Technical and/or functional skills: Knowledge of ISO27001:2013, ITILV4, ISO22301:2012, ISAE3402 etc
