Job Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of highly qualified engineers.
• Build an open, trusting, and operationally mature team culture.

2. Project Delivery Coordination

• Own the delivery of critical projects and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product goals and efforts.
• Support and coordinate timely resolutions for customer issues and escalations.
• Follow best practices in planning and delivering features.

3. Communication Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain relationships with Product and Engineering stakeholders, meeting their needs.
• Effectively communicate project status, issues, and plans to stakeholders.
• Establish ownership and accountability across the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

4. Technical Expertise Decision-Making

• Engage in technical and architectural discussions, provide direction, and drive decision-making.
• Collaborate on technical solutions leveraging best practices.
• Escalate and be responsive to critical issues.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience:

• • 5+ years of experience in Unix/Linux development environments and administration.
  • 3+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes/Helm, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, standards, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Programming experience with Python, Golang, or equivalent languages.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Understanding of compliance and security frameworks (e.g., SOC2, FedRAMP, GDPR, SOX).
