Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for all activities related to the MIS function and co-ordination.
• Interfacing between client and internal stakeholders. Follow the responsiveness of process owners on various issues.
• Ensuring program KPIs implementation in coordination with Area Managers, Team Leaders & Supervisors
• Ensure the accuracy and appropriate report design and is responsible for resolution of reporting issues as they arise and driving process improvements.
• Drive and Monitor image audits of the project. Promote Opportunities for Improvement within the project. Use the results of image audit to identify opportunities for improvement for all field execution processes.
• Analyze & present daily/ weekly/ monthly reports as per the project requirement.
• Responsible for conducting adhoc data analysis as needed.
• Attention to detail & QA mindset is must.
• Assist the Senior Business Management community in business analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any graduate/Diploma Holder with hands on experience in MS Excel, PowerQuery, PowerPivot.
• Knowledge of SSRS/PowerBI will be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of Powerpoint, Generative AI.
• FMCG knowledge is mandatory.
• Attention to detail, Good communication skills.
• Self-Motivated, Hard Working, Honest & Disciplined.
• Quick learner and organized team player.
