Hiring For Excel Dashboard Visualization Associate

Role Details: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Excel Dashboard Visualization associate to join our Business Insights team. The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of Excel and possess the ability to design and create visually appealing, interactive dashboards. This role will involve supporting data-driven decision-making by transforming data into actionable insights through dynamic Excel dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dashboard Design and Development: o

• Create visually engaging and user-friendly dashboards in Microsoft Excel.
• Leverage advanced Excel tools like Power Query, pivot tables, slicers, and charts to develop dynamic dashboards.
• Focus on visual appeal, readability, and usability while building dashboards.

2.Data Analysis and Insights:

• Analyze data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure dashboards reflect business needs and provide relevant KPIs and metrics.

3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Support:

• Work closely with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements for dashboards.
• Present dashboards effectively and provide basic training for stakeholders to use them.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, slicers, and conditional formatting.
• Working knowledge of Power Query for data connectivity and transformation.
• Basic understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Good communication skills to understand requirements and present solutions.
• Eagerness to learn and improve dashboard creation and design skills.

Educational Background and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in any field (preferably with exposure to data analysis or visualization).
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Excel dashboard creation or a strong academic background in data visualization.
• Exposure to Power Pivot, VBA, or other BI tools (Power BI) is a plus but not mandatory
