Role & responsibilities

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bottle Sticker Labeling Machine Operator to oversee the operation and maintenance of labeling machines for FMCG products. The ideal candidate will ensure the machines operate efficiently and maintain product quality while adhering to safety and production standards.Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operations:
• Set up and calibrate sticker labeling machines according to production requirements.
• Operate the machine to label bottles accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance during operation and ensure consistent labeling quality.

1. Quality Control:
• Inspect bottles for correct alignment and placement of stickers.
• Identify and address any defects or inconsistencies in labeling.
• Ensure all labeled products meet company quality standards.

1. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
• Perform routine maintenance of labeling machines, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for complex repairs.

1. Inventory and Material Management:
• Manage and replenish sticker rolls and other materials as needed.
• Track and document material usage and report shortages to the supervisor.

1. Production Efficiency:
• Maintain optimal machine speed while ensuring accuracy and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets.

1. Compliance and Safety:
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating and maintaining the machines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and industry regulations.
