The Manager - Allied Services will be responsible for overseeing and tracking all financial transactions related to student payments through multiple payment gateways. The role involves ensuring seamless payment processing, optimizing revenue generation, and ensuring compliance. The Manager will target offered students through KC Overseas to utilize forex services, ensuring that the company secures commissions for these transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all allied services availed by students are routed through the designated payment gateways and forex channels.
Develop strategies to maximize service adoption and ensure all relevant transactions are captured and tagged to KC.
Work closely with internal teams to target all students going abroad via KC Overseas to promote and ensure usage of payment gateways and forex channels.
Track and manage all records of payments processed through the above.
Monitor gateway performance, transaction volumes, and troubleshoot any payment-related issues.
Optimize payment processes to enhance revenue streams and secure commissions.
Maintain records of all commissions received and follow up on pending payments.
Prepare and present detailed MIS reports on payment gateway performance, revenue generation, and commission tracking.
Coordinate with finance teams for timely reconciliation of all payments and commissions.
Job requirements
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of 8+ years in payment gateway management, forex operations, or a similar financial role.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in tracking payments and generating reports.
Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to achieve business goals.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
Familiarity with global payment gateways and financial compliance regulations.
