Job Description
- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core and C#.
- Build and maintain microservices-based architectures for scalability and performance.
- Develop APIs and backend systems for lending, payments, and banking solutions.

- Integrate applications with core banking systems, payment gateways, and third-party APIs.

- Implement business logic for lending workflows, payment processing, and banking operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Design and optimize database schemas using SQL Server or equivalent.
- Write and optimize complex queries and stored procedures for performance.

- Implement unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure robust and bug-free deployments.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.

- Monitor application performance and implement improvements for optimization.
- Provide support for production systems, addressing issues and implementing fixes promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: -
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Advanced proficiency in .NET Core and C#.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (Angular, React, or Vue.js) is a plus.

- Deep understanding of lending workflows, payment processing systems, and banking operations.
- Experience with payment gateways, transaction processing, and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and cybersecurity principles.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
