Job Overview :

As an Engineering Manager you will plays a crucial role in leading and overseeing engineering teams, ensuring that projects are completed successfully and efficiently. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to deliver innovative solutions, enhance existing systems, and lead a team of engineers to maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on .NET and ReactJS development.

- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, with experience managing a team of developers.

- Strong proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and ReactJS development frameworks.

- Solid understanding of full-stack web development, including front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6+, ReactJS) and back-end technologies (SQL, RESTful APIs, Entity Framework).

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles.

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence).

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

- Experience with performance optimization and scaling of web applications.

- Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks like Vue.js or Angular is a plus.
