Manager International Student Recruitment (Nursing Courses)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager International Student Recruitment (Nursing Courses) to spearhead our efforts in attracting and admitting students to nursing courses offered by international universities. The role also includes overseeing student accommodation arrangements in the destination countries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and managing similar models in previous organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify Colleges and occasionally schools with the right target audience and ensure you meet the influential stakeholders periodically as agreed, to build relationships that will lead to generating student leads interested in pursuing international education opportunities specific in Nursing.

Provide guidance to partners & prospective students regarding nursing courses, eligibility, and career prospects.

Address partner & student queries and ensure clear communication of program details and expectations.

Organize webinars, counselling sessions, and campus tours to engage potential students.

Build and maintain relationships with international universities, nursing boards, and regulatory agencies.

Identify opportunities for new collaborations to expand program offerings.

Develop and implement strategies to promote nursing programs offered by international universities.

Coordinate with BU Heads for the end-to-end admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless student experience.

Collaborate with university partners to stay updated on program requirements, application deadlines, and admission policies.

Establish partnerships with housing providers in destination countries to offer secure, affordable, and comfortable accommodation for students.

Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for admissions and accommodation processes and review every month for any changes.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of conversions, suggesting improvements where necessary.

Meet or exceed the goals and targets set for lead generation every month.

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions and activities conducted, to report on progress and performance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the leads are processed and attended to on time and effectively.

Prepare regular reports on student admissions, accommodation occupancy, and related metrics for senior management.

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Education Management, or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in admissions management, preferably with a focus on nursing or healthcare programs and international student placement.

• In-depth understanding of international nursing education systems, visa regulations, and accommodation standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Proficiency in CRM and admissions software.

• Ability to negotiate and establish partnerships with international stakeholders.
