Job Description:

Position: Manager - QA - Processed Foods (Bakery, Breakfast Cereals, Chocolates & Snacks)

Openings: 1 - Gurgaon / Hyderabad

Qualification: 7+ years of experience in QA/QC from companies like same work model

CTC: upto15 lakhs

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

- Development of new Vendors as per product specifications.

- Monitor and maintain quality control systems to meet Country Delight's standards and regulatory requirements at Vendor units.

- Ensuring FSSAI and other Regulatory compliance.

- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to ensure product quality and consistency.

- RCA for complaints received from customers and implementation of the solutions.

- Complaint dashboarding.

- Responsible for ensuring appropriate communication processes between the Vendor & internal stakeholders.
