Job Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, benefits, and attendance.
  • Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and equipment management.
  • Provide administrative assistance to management, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, maintenance, and service agreements.
  • Maintain records of office assets and ensure proper inventory control.
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements, including filing returns.

  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelors or masters degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, administration, and finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Familiarity with HR management systems. Basic understanding of financial processes such as invoicing, expense management, and budget tracking.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and employment regulations.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and employee records maintenance.
  • Proficiency in payroll management, benefits administration, and ensuring HR compliance.
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
  • Knowledge of financial compliance, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Ability to prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and variance analyses.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple administrative tasks.
  • Experience in office management, including coordination of office supplies, facilities, and company events.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • High ethical standards with the ability to manage confidential information discreetly and professionally.
