Lead, manage & ensure all day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, employee exit management, medical and accidental insurance working etc. as per process and policies
Manage and ensure proper and accurate employee records, databases, and documentation in compliance with legal requirements
Collaborate with Management/HOD to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Responsible for manpower planning and management as per process and within defined budget
Recruitment vendor/agency searching and finalization.
Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation & induction process is being followed as per company policies & procedures.
Manage, ensure and carry out PF/ESIC working as per process
Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback, and development plans and prepare score matrix
Work with HOD to address performance-related issues and provide guidance on improvement plans and revise salary / scale and designations and issue letters to employee.
Ensure and manage handling of employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.
Ensure, manage & promote a positive and inclusive work environment & employee engagement activity, RnR activity etc. as process and within defined budget.
Identify training needs & develop training programs, and facilitate learning and development initiatives for employees at various levels.
Review of training and its progress
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Processing Payroll with adherence to compliance.
Keep abreast of legal updates and implement necessary changes to policies and practices.
Prepare documents as per audits requirements
Develop HR strategies with management and implement within the organization.
