Corvi is looking for a Marketing Manager, who has experience in creating and growing a consumer electronics /FMCG brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand building:
- Creating Indias leading aspirational consumer electronics brand focused on design and sustainability
- Serve as the brand custodian with strong focus on building and maintaining brand equity and reputation
- Designing roadmap to drive premiumization agenda of the brand
- Improving brand awareness for B2C and B2B segments
- Develop annual brand plans in full synergy with the mid and long-term plan
Marketing:
- Rigorously lead the communication agenda with meaningful, impactful and disruptive communications for the brands
- Create and deploy the customer, channel and product strategy
- Orchestrate the cross functional teams and key stakeholders including R&D & product, procurement, finance, legal,
category planning etc to drive growth
- Design and rollout of optimized ATL and BTL campaigns; Optimize spending to create a brand and drive sales with
high RoI
- Work closely with the PR agency to lead the best media first plans, creative marketing campaigns with the use of
multiple channels and tools
- Experienced in effective online / social media marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM)
Data & consumer insights:
- Using consumer insights to aid overall growth with inputs on product development, packaging, pricing, & placement
- Experienced in using market research tools and techniques
- Ensuring NPS of 70+ to achieve high customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications:
- MBA in marketing or masters in mass communication
- 10+ years of experience as a marketing head in a rapidly growing company (preference shall be given to candidates
who have worked in branded consumer electronics /FMCG companies).
- Strong communication and leadership skills. High maturity, strong hustle and ownership
- Strong data based decision making mindset
- Ability to think strategically and adeptly solve complex problems
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
