Job Description :

We are looking for a talented UX Designer or Digital Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with Design leadership and cross-functional teams to craft user-centric design solutions for complex software products. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences while adopting the Extreme Design System (EDS) and ensuring design consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Adopt and Apply Design Systems: Follow and comply with the Extreme Design System (EDS) and experience guidelines, ensuring consistency in taxonomy, content, accessibility (a11y), and design patterns.

Create Design Deliverables: Produce detailed user journey maps, annotated wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and dev-ready design documentation, while mapping xAPI and content strategy.

Collaborate in Design Sprints: Participate actively in design sprint planning, retrospectives, and demo ceremonies, prioritizing tasks and delivering design artifacts that align with business goals.

Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with Design Leadership and stakeholders to drive design outcomes that meet both user and business needs.

Facilitate Communication: Serve as a key communicator across balanced product teams, ensuring alignment between designers, content strategists, researchers, UI engineers, and product management.

Support Design Practices: Participate in design reviews, workshops, and iterative feedback sessions to refine and enhance the product design, ensuring high-quality outcomes across the design team.

- Maintain a strong focus on Jobs-to-be-Done and Personas throughout the design process.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by providing constructive feedback and contributing to the design process through collaboration.

Requirements :

Proficiency : Solid experience with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, Miro, FigJam, and Teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Experience working within a product team, collaborating closely with designers, content strategists, researchers, UI engineers, and product management teams.

Experience : At least 4 years of experience as a UX Designer or Digital Product Designer, with a proven track record in designing or improving transactional SaaS/IaaS/PaaS products or other complex software products.

Education : A formal degree or equivalent training in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or related fields is preferred, though equivalent job experience is also valued.
