Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in managing the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling various HR functions, including offer generation, coordination, attendance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
    • Generate and extend job offers to selected candidates and ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation.
    • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, including induction programs and initial training.

Employee Induction:

    • Conduct induction sessions for new employees, introducing them to the company culture, policies, and procedures.
    • Provide relevant resources and support to new hires to help them integrate successfully into their roles.

Exit Formalities:

    • Manage exit interviews for employees leaving the company, ensuring all necessary paperwork and formalities are completed.
    • Oversee the full exit process including clearance forms, return of company assets, and final settlement.
    • Identify key takeaways from exit interviews to enhance employee retention and satisfaction.

Offer Generation & Coordination:

    • Prepare and generate offer letters for selected candidates in alignment with company policies.
    • Coordinate with the hiring managers, candidates, and other departments to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.
    • Maintain accurate records of offer letters, employment contracts, and related documentation.

Employee Relations & Support:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes.
    • Support managers in resolving employee-related issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
    • Facilitate regular communication with employees to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

    • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including leave management, and insurance plans.
    • Ensure all payroll-related documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.

Attendance Management:

    • Oversee employee attendance records, ensuring accurate tracking of leaves, absences, and work hours.
    • Manage and process leave requests in line with company policies.
    • Ensure proper documentation and reporting for any discrepancies in attendance.

Leave Management:

    • Oversee and administer the company's leave management system, ensuring that all employee leave requests are processed accurately and according to company policy.
    • Ensure that all leave records (paid time off, sick leave, etc.) are accurately documented and available for reporting purposes.
    • Assist employees with their leave-related questions and concerns, ensuring they understand company policies and entitlements.

Background Verification:

    • Manage and oversee the background verification process for new hires, ensuring all pre-employment checks (criminal, educational, professional, etc.) are completed as per company policy.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and confidentiality policies during the background verification process.

Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure adherence to legal requirements and company policies in all HR-related activities.
    • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date employee records and documentation, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
