We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, ensuring excellent client engagement, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Growth:
- Develop, maintain, and grow business relationships with corporate clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities from both existing and prospective clients.
- Strategically penetrate client accounts to identify needs and expand service offerings.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring continuous assessment of client needs and providing solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Conduct client training sessions and product demonstrations to enhance service adoption and client satisfaction.
Order Management & Fulfillment:
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from obtaining job orders/requisitions to ensuring order fulfillment within agreed turnaround times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to process client documentation and ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
Proposal Development & Negotiation:
- Respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs) with well-crafted solutions that align with client requirements.
- Address potential client questions and concerns through follow-up calls and meetings, fostering trust and confidence.
Planning & Reporting:
- Work closely with the reporting manager to align on sales goals, forecasts, and business development strategies.
- Develop and maintain both short- and long-term plans to drive business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably within B2B services or compliance sectors.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Ability to craft and deliver impactful client presentations and product demonstrations.
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Organizational Skills:
- Proficiency in managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client documentation and order processing
