Video Conference Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Video Conferencing Engineer. This role involves managing, installing, and maintaining ,scheduling and configuring point-to-point and multipoint video calls through Multi-Conference Units (MCUs). The Engineer will be responsible for VIP conference scheduling, troubleshooting technical issues, providing end-user training, and managing live and on-demand webcast events. Additionally, the role includes vendor management, ensuring optimal call quality, and handling all aspects of video conferencing, from setup to incident escalation.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in video conferencing systems, MCU configurations, and voice/video communication technologies. Strong troubleshooting skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to provide service assurance are key to this role. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a background in IT at least 2+years of experience in managing video conferencing infrastructure and troubleshooting.
