Corporate Action Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Experience working with an investment management or finance-related firm.
• Knowledge of how the corporate action notification are send to clients.
• Should have knowledge of various types of corporate action in market (Bonus, Dividend, Right Issue etc.)
• Should know what is Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Action.
• Able to understand the difference between Ex-date, Record Date & Payment.
• Should have knowledge of Bloomberg, DTCC, and Euroclear etc.
• Should have Swift knowledge and how its works (MT564, MT568, MT566 etc.).
• Should have knowledge of withholding tax and re-claims from vendors.
• Proficiency in Excel functions. An ability to think critically and objectively.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Experience in performing Quality Audit checks for the team.
• Work additional hours as needed.
• Responding to queries in a timely manner with adequate research.
• Experience in working with international clients across regions.
