AR Caller - Hospital Billing

Note: Minimum 6 months of experience in Hospital Billing - AR Calling is required. Candidates
with non-voice experience will not be considered.

Role & responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to follow up on unpaid accounts and resolve billing issues.
• Review patient accounts for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate effectively with patients and insurance providers to address inquiries.
• Document all interactions accurately in the billing system.
• Collaborate with the billing team to improve processes and resolve discrepancies

Preferred candidate profile :

• Minimum 6 months of experience in AR Calling - Hospital Billing 
• Strong communication Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
