Sr Officer-Regulatory & Marketing Support

• Should have expertise in bioefficay/residue data generation, knowledge of Indian agriculture, statistic design, field trials, good relations with SAUs scientists
• Must have sound knowledge of regulatory requirements/guidelines/information to evaluate product as per regulatory analysis, preparing deficiency reply against each queries raised by regulatory bodies
• Get quality dossier prepared, compiled and submit in accordance with the regulatory requirements to obtain registration as well as label extension in different crops by meeting the deadlines
• Coordinate with GLP laboratory for GLP data generation on chemistry, Packaging and toxicity aligning with CIB&RC, FCO, EPA guidelines and compliance of labelling requirements/ packaging artworks
• Preparing & reviewing study plans and protocols for conducting registration studies as per global guidelines such as OECD guidelines
• Be updated about recent changes in registration guidelines
• Monitoring regulatory changes, threats and opportunities to evaluate implications towards new and existing registrations
• Should have knowledge on global registrations and should be able to prepare dossiers for overseas markets
• Should be capable of preparing product documents such as SDS, Labels, leaflets for the new products and existing products
• Should have knowledge in Biopesticide guidelines such as
• Guidelines for the minimum infrastructure to be created by the manufacturers of bio-pesticides
• Guidelines for registering Entomotoxic bacteria, antagonistic bacteria, entomopathogenic fungi, antagonistic fungi, NPV, etc.
• Guidelines for registering house hold pesticides

Regulatory

• Should have good contact with Department of Agriculture in the manufacturing state
• Should be able to prepare documents for selling permission PAN India
• Should be able to prepare documents for obtaining Manufacturing license, product inclusions, third party marketing license, etc.,
• Should be able to coordinate with legal and regulatory team for addressing the product mis branding, stop sale, custom clearance etc.,Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Should posses good knowledge on PowerPoint presentations, Registration proposal preparations (Costing, timeline)
• Should have good knowledge in crop growth and pest life cycle
• Should have strong communication skills
• Should be able to analyses and interpret bioefficay data
