Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and deliverables are exceeded.
  • Account Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand the scope of services within existing accounts. Identify new opportunities, promote cross-selling, and upselling of services.
  • Project Oversight: Coordinate internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Serve as the bridge between the client and the internal teams.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic goals and work closely with the delivery teams to align solutions that drive their business success.
  • Consulting & Advisory: Leverage your consulting experience to provide insightful recommendations to clients. Offer strategic advice and industry best practices to enhance the client's business outcomes.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present performance reports, proposals, and business reviews to clients. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership, both internally and with clients, to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Manage account budgets, monitor project costs, and ensure that financial targets are met while delivering value to the client.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in account management, client services, or a similar role in a consulting environment, preferably with experience at Deloitte or a comparable top-tier firm.
  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in the consulting or professional services industry, with a solid understanding of client engagement, project management, and service delivery.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
    • Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
    • Ability to drive sales growth through effective account management.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Experience with financial management and forecasting.
