Corestack - Technical Lead - UI Development (7-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a UI Lead Developer (Angular) to own and drive the user experience of our platform.

This role requires an Angular expert who is passionate about building intuitive, highperformance, and scalable UI components.

You will work closely with UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to enhance CoreStack's configurable dashboard framework and deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect & Develop : Lead the UI architecture, design, and development of responsive, highperforming web applications using Angular and TypeScript.

- User Experience Focus : Work closely with UX designers to build visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible UI components.

- Performance Optimization : Ensure UI performance, scalability, and maintainability using best coding practices, lazy loading, and optimization techniques.

- Code Quality & Reviews : Enforce high standards in UI development with clean, modular, and reusable code. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Collaboration & Leadership : Work cross-functionally with backend engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to define and execute UI strategies.

- Component Library & Design Systems : Maintain and enhance CoreStack's component library and reusable UI frameworks to ensure consistency across the platform.

- Testing & Debugging : Implement robust unit testing and end-to-end testing strategies using frameworks like Jasmine/Karma/Cypress.

- Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest UI trends, Angular updates, and best practices to continuously improve our frontend technology stack.

Key skills & requirements :

- 7+ years of frontend development experience with at least 4+ years in Angular (v10+).

- Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

- Experience with REST API integration and handling complex data-driven UI applications.

- Deep understanding of Angular modules, state management (NgRx), RxJS, lazy loading, and performance optimizations.

- Experience with responsive UI frameworks like Material UI, Bootstrap, TailwindCSS.

- Knowledge of micro-frontends, Webpack, and build optimization techniques.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in leading UI teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers.

- Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for user experience.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for frontend development C+.

- Agile/Scrum environments.
