Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and manage financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.

3. Strategic Financial Management:
- Support strategic planning and business development initiatives by providing financial insights and analysis.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, capital projects, and other strategic initiatives.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and financial risk assessments for major business decisions.
4. Cash Flow and Working Capital Management:
- Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations and investments.
- Optimize working capital by managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory levels.
5. Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure successful completion of audits.
6. Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
7. Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess business performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
8. Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate financial information and analysis to senior management, board members, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations and reports for investor meetings and financial reviews.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting & Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience: Proven experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, or a related field. Experience with strategic planning is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial information and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software, ERP systems).
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide financial insights that align with business goals and objectives.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
