Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in Human Resources and Industrial Relations to join our leadership team as CHRO. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives, mission, and values.
2. Talent Management: Design and implement effective talent management programs, including recruitment, training, development, and succession planning.
3. Industrial Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with union leaders, employees, and government agencies to ensure harmonious industrial relations and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
4. HR Operations: Oversee the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs, including employee onboarding, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
5. Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformations.
6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and identify and mitigate HR-related risks.
7. Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage the HR budget, control costs, and ensure effective utilization of HR resources.
8. Reporting and Analytics: Provide HR metrics and analytics to support business decisions, including workforce planning, talent pipeline management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
3. Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes through HR initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR systems and technology, including HRIS, payroll, and performance management software.
