Job Description:
- Seeking a dynamic and experienced leader/Individual contributor of Alliances and Partnerships to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cultivating strategic partnerships and alliances within the software industry, particularly in the domain of banking/lending or insurance, ERP, digital learning. With a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and expanding our ecosystem of partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the software industry, to enhance our product offerings and market reach.
- Would be responsible for making partners source targeted business for identified solutions platforms, products and services.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact and fostering collaboration to achieve mutual business objectives.
- Lead negotiations with prospective partners to secure favourable terms and agreements that align with our business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and partnership opportunities within the core banking/lending, insurance, ERP or digital learning sectors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for joint offerings and initiatives with partners.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnerships and alliances, tracking progress against business objectives and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to develop collateral, presentations, and other materials to support partnership activities and initiatives.
- Thought-Leader with the ability to clearly communicate strategy, Represent NOVAC at industry events, conferences, and forums to build brand awareness, share insights, and network with potential partners and customers.
Expectation:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in alliances and partnerships, preferably in the software industry with a focus on core banking, insurance, ERP solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances to drive business growth and revenue.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the core banking /insurance, ERP and e-learning sectors.
- Analytical mind set with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking to inform decision-making and optimize partnership strategies.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
