Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Website Developer & Manager who is proficient in WordPress and other website platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in web development, a solid understanding of SEO, and working knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies. You will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and upgrading websites that align with our business goals while ensuring optimal user experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Development:
• Design, build, and launch responsive websites using WordPress and other platforms as required.
• Customize themes, plugins, and functionalities to meet specific business needs.
• Ensure websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the companys branding.
• Website Management & Maintenance:
• Regularly update content, features, and functionalities on existing websites.
• Perform website audits to identify and resolve technical issues, broken links, or outdated content.
• Ensure websites are secure, optimized, and up-to-date with the latest software versions.
• SEO Optimization:
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website rankings and visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console and provide actionable recommendations.
• Digital Marketing & Social Media Integration:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align website strategies with digital marketing campaigns.
• Integrate social media feeds, widgets, and functionalities into the website.
• Support content marketing efforts by optimizing landing pages and blog sections.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
• Monitor website traffic, performance metrics, and conversion rates.
• Generate regular reports and provide insights to improve website effectiveness.
• Innovation & Upgrades:
• Research and implement the latest web development trends and technologies.
• Work on continuous website improvements to enhance user experience and performance.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
