Role & responsibilities

Financial Modeling and Forecasting

• Be part of the core team responsible for breaking down and analyzing Financial MIS, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of complex financial models to predict future business performance and financial outcomes & drive long-term financial forecasting to align with company objectives.

Leadership and Collaboration Skills

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders across departments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams to achieve business and financial goals.
• Lead in-depth financial analysis to provide actionable insights that drive business strategy & support senior management in making informed, data-driven decisions for business growth and sustainability.

Financial Expertise and Technical Proficiency

• In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and investment analysis.
• Proficiency in financial systems, ERP, and financial software (e.g., advanced Excel, financial modeling tools).

Presentation and Communication Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to executive leadership and Board members.

Problem-Solving and Strategic Thinking

• Ability to identify key financial issues and drive solutions that align with business strategies.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term while addressing immediate business challenges.

Market and Economic Analysis

• Monitor and analyze market trends, economic conditions, & competitor activities & provide actionable insights for investment strategies and business planning based on current and future market conditions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience in leading consulting firms such as KPMG, EY, PWC, or Deloitte
