Position: HR Associate (80% TA + 20% Operations)

Full time: Work from Office Only!

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1-2 years

Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days working)

Salary: 20-22k (Negotiable)

Job Profile:

• Collaborate closely with the managers to understand job requirements and specifications.
• To attract and identify qualified candidates through job postings and various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, and other job boards, must be utilized.
• Screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and provide timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintaining and updating the calling tracker.
• Coordinate and implement campus recruiting initiatives.
• Creating artwork for different occasions.
• Closing positions promptly.
• Provide timely progress updates on pipelining, interview schedules, and placement activities to the team.
• Handling some Operations tasks in the absence of the HR Executive.
• Helping in event planning and organizing.
• Coordinating seating arrangements with managers.
