Job Description
- Program Management: Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple web, mobile, and AI-based initiatives, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with clients, product managers, engineering teams, and leadership to define project scope, objectives, and timelines. Communicate progress and potential risks effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery. Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across teams.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring the adoption of best practices in Web Development, Mobile Solutions , and AI technologies (including ML and Data Analytics).
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans. Monitor project health, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in development processes, project management methodologies, and tools. Ensure the effective implementation of Agile/Scrum practices.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of quality for project deliverables, meeting both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Mentorship and Team Development: Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to junior project managers and team members.
Required Skills Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 8 years of experience in technical program management within IT services, specifically in Web, Mobile, and AI technologies.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Web Development , Mobile Development (iOS/Android), and AI/ML technologies .
- Project Management: Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience in project management tools such as JIRA , Trello , or Asana .
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to foresee challenges, manage risks, and devise effective solutions.
- Education: Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
