Your Opportunity
Program manage high-performance teams building India s leading payments platform
Program manage initiatives with stakeholders, including product strategy
Be an agility catalyst and evangelist of best practices
Drive continuous improvements through data analytics to identify bottlenecks and find solutions
Guide the teams in Sprint planning, Scrum of Scrums, Retrospectives
Skills/Experience
Bachelors degree or masters degree in engineering or a related field
Tech Program Management experience in product development and delivery
Ability to work with stakeholders, understand requirements (analysis & elicitation), and write BRDs
Technology savvy and knowledge of SaaS, Cloud technologies, CI/CD
Certifications in Agile methodologies and program management are a plus
