Commercial Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team and take ownership of all commercial operations. This includes overseeing logistics, HR, statutory paperwork, and accounts. The ideal candidate will have a sharp mind for business, a knack for building and leading teams, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Oversee supply chain and logistics operations
  •
  Oversee our HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management
  •
  Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
  •
  Manage our financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  •
  Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability

Qualifications:

• 
  Few years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a small manufacturing sector
  •
  Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  •
  Strong understanding of logistics, HR best practices, and financial management
  •
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
