Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategy and initiatives to support the growth and expansion of our organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for three broad deliverables:


Roles & Responsibilties:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques and talent acquisition methods to attract top talent and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Continuously assess and refine hiring processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience.
  • Research and implement best recruitment practices, including various assessment models, to streamline the hiring process and ensure the selection of candidates who align with our organizational values and culture.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement training programs for hiring managers to enhance their recruitment skills and capabilities.
  • Experience in Volume Hiring especially for Sales.

Corporate-Campus Engagement:

  • Establish and manage corporate-campus engagement programs to attract top talent from universities and colleges.
  • Develop partnerships with educational institutions to promote CoolBoots Media as an employer of choice and create opportunities for student engagement, internships, and recruitment.
  • Organize campus recruitment events, job fairs, and informational sessions to connect with prospective candidates and build relationships with future talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a strong track record of success in in-house hiring, recruitment best practices, and social media engagement.
  • Experience in setting up teams from scratch to scale with mass hiring will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, recruitment technologies, and emerging trends in talent acquisition.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
