Position : Technical Implementation Manager.

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Implementation Manager with a strong background in SAAS (Software as a Service) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of our SAAS products, ensuring seamless integration with client systems, and providing technical expertise throughout the process.

This role requires a combination of technical acumen, project management skills, and. client-facing communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Implementation Projects : Manage end-to-end implementation of SAAS solutions, ensuring timely delivery and successful integration with client environments.

Client Engagement : Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.

Technical Expertise : Serve as the primary technical point of contact during the implementation process, troubleshooting issues, and providing best practices for optimal use of the software.

Project Management : Develop project plans, manage resources, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of implementation projects.

Customizations and Integrations : Collaborate with development teams to customize and integrate the SAAS product with other systems as needed, ensuring compatibility and functionality.

Training and Support : Provide training to clients on product features and functionalities, and offer ongoing support during and after the implementation phase.

Documentation : Create and maintain detailed implementation documentation, including. project plans, technical specifications, and client communication records.

Continuous Improvement : Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement in the implementation process and product offerings.

Qualifications : .

Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAAS implementation or a related technical role.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in SAAS platforms, APIs, and cloud technologies. Experience with integration tools and scripting languages is a plus.

Project Management : Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.

Communication : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet client needs.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer.

Certifications : PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus but not required.
