Control Manager - Control Programs - IAS

The Control Management Associate performs ongoing analysis of the business risk and control environment to identify significant gaps and weaknesses, and ensures that controls are properly designed and manage exams (second line defense reviews, internal & external audits)

As a Control Management Associate within the Outsourcing/Offshoring Processes/Inter Affiliate Processes team, you will be tasked with maintaining a sustainable and disciplined end-to-end control environment. Your responsibilities will include managing second and third line of defense engagements, promptly identifying and escalating issues, and collaborating with the business to ensure timely remediation of these issues. You will also assist in top-down risk analysis, real-time control issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation.
