Ltd, is a Delhi based leading freight forwarding company having turnover around 200- 300 Crore, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team in the freight forwarding industry. This role involves driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the client base in the logistics sector. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development within the freight forwarding industry.

Eligibility

Master Business Administration/ PGDM.

Graduation in any stream.

Credible experience in freight forwarding sales & business development.

Requirements

1. Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the freight forwarding industry

2. Strong understanding of freight forwarding business operations, services, and industry trends.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Generate New Business: Prospect and cold call potential clients while identifying new

opportunities for growth.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer

satisfaction and retention.

3. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs,

and competitor activity, and collaborate on tailored solutions.

4. Negotiation & Reporting: Negotiate contracts, manage pricing agreements, and provide regular

sales reports and forecasts.

5. Team Leadership & Networking: Mentor sales team members and represent the company at

industry events to generate leads and promote the brand.
