Lead / Senior Lead - Warehouse

Job Description:

Ensure to achieve timely dispatches for meeting Sales target of complete plant including all BUs.

Analyze and organize team according to production line and work to reduce man effort to reduce cost.

Planning of manpower required according to sale volume.

Planning of warehouse material handling equipment required as per volume.

Make Plan of physical stock taking and do planning to reduce phy stk diff.

Develop / Analysis of new packaging for new project parts.

Maintenance of warehouse equipment like VNA, Forklift, Hand Pallets etc.

Target to implement Four project per year related to SCM / WH and monitor according to time plan. Main focus on productivity increase and cost reduction.

Adherence of delivery rating from customer side with right qty on right time.

Handle Internal / External audit. Develop process and relationship with external partners like Packaging vendor and warehousing service provider.

Develop and continuously improve training process for all warehouse employees. Create a development and hiring program.

Ensure all processes have proper documentation incl working instructions and skill matrix. Update of these to be ensured at any time and with any new tasks.

Implement and use warehouse management system in main warehouse.

Implement Auto replenishment system in b/w shop floor and WH.

Using scanning process and improve part traceability in plant.

Responsible for ESH audit in warehouse. Initiate/ Establish Processes and guidelines for the internal and all external Warehouses. Align Processes with Production for the interface of both departments incl material, document, and information flow. Ensure stock accuracy is available in all storage locations- align with respective department.

Ensure proper packaging concepts are available for customers and procedures and processes are established to manage returnable packaging.
