Job Description

Job Title: Manhattan Active Warehouse Management Solution Expert

Location: Bangalore, India

Job Summary:

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Solution Expert in our Bangalore, India location.

In this role you will be part of the team accountable for delivering a multi-year transformation initiative.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing warehouse management solutions using Manhattans Active WMS. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of warehouse management processes and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement warehouse management solutions using Manhattan Active WMS.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Optimize warehouse operations by developing and implementing best practices and process improvements.

Provide technical guidance and support to the implementation team.

Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve productivity.

Conduct workshops sessions to ensure effective use of the system.

Document business processes, procedures, and best practices.

Stay updated with Manhattan Active new product release (innovations) in warehouse management.

Qualifications:

Experienced in MAWM

Experienced in Warehousing Management System Integration with ERP

Experienced in Warehousing transformation projects Supply Chain Warehousing Management (Picking, Packing, Shipping, inventory management, materials management, Receiving)

Communication / consulting skills with a positive attitude in a multicultural and global environment

Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Ability to communicate with business, technical resources.

University degree, preferable in IT Supply Chain Business school or engineering school

Proficient English level

International travel as required and Availability to work remote when required or to adapt to other time zones
