Executive - Compliance

• Oversee Statutory compliance / payroll compliance (Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/yearly)
• Oversee Labour compliance (S&E, CLRA, & Factories) (Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/yearly)
• Conduct PF helpdesk for Continental employees addressing queries for Provident related queries and grievance.
• Knowledge of payroll processing & time and attendance is an added advantage.
• Ability to prioritize and work closely with the global stakeholders.
• Experience of working in a large complex organization in a challenging environment and managing teams through changes
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential company/ employee information with professionalism
• Customer focus & result oriented
• Solutions driven, very good negotiation skills, planning and organizing skills
• Structured working approach, ability to work under pressure and stringent deadlines
• Experience in working in a Shared Services Environment will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other HR-related software

Master s degree in Human Resources / MSW from a recognized University
