We are hiring Account Manager for a leading Account Tax & audit firm
Manager
- Responsible for managing a team of accountants and a portfolio of clients including working on day-to-day accounting, monthly reporting and audit support and ensure the following:
- Lead a team to plan and execute a for transition of accounting and related data.
- Ensure the proper documentation, SoPs and Tats are in place and client sign-off has been taken.
- Support in Implementation and overseeing quality control measures, ensuring proper processes and review mechanisms are in place to minimize errors in accounting and reporting.
- Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate task completion.
- Review month-end closure activities, including but not limited to bank reconciliation, accrual, accrual adjustments, inter-company reconciliation, fixed assets, etc.
- Review and analyze the books to ensure completeness of the books and review of the MIS
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws - TDS/WHT, GST, FEMA, etc.
- Preparing of predefined and need based Management reports.
- Preparation of IGAAP/IND-AS compliant financial statements and interaction with auditors
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws and other relevant regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address accounting issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team members.
Desired Profile:
- 3-5 years post qualification experience in F&A Function
- Team management experience is must
- Qualified CA
- Experience on SAP is must.
