Job Overview:

We are looking for a Diploma Engineer with a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to join our team. In this role, you will handle the operations and maintenance of utility systems such as electrical equipment, HVAC systems, and plumbing. Your work will help ensure smooth operations at our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Perform operations and maintenance of electrical equipment including transformers, breakers (OCB, ACB, MCCB).
• Conduct troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance for HVAC systems, including chillers (250 TR) and cooling towers (400 TR).
• Handle plumbing systems, water distribution networks, and wastewater treatment plants.
• Manage air compressors and ensure their efficient operation.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure longevity of equipment.
• Respond to complaints and breakdown issues promptly to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and service reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in utility maintenance
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, and water treatment systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
