Job description

- We are looking for a UX Writer to develop and drive product narratives for Infoedge's various products. Design plays a pivotal role in our products' success, and we believe communication to be an integral part of design.

- As part of the UX design team, you will be creating intuitive and delightful products that help users accomplish their goals. As the UX Writer, you will work alongside UX designers and create concise and targeted content that guides the users through all touchpoints of our products; including registrations, transactions, call to actions, and proactively providing help where anticipated.

- To be a successful UX writer, you should be able to: Write clear, concise, consistent language that helps users navigate & accomplish tasks.

- Work closely with different teams like product management, marketing, customer support and data analysis, to come up with the communication strategy for the products.

- Provide communication oversight to UX designers working alongside you.

- Maintain and evolve product content style guides, and educate UX designers, product managers, and engineers on how to make the most of it.

- Conduct copy audits, competitive research and predict future trends.

- Come up with a comprehensive content strategy perspective that guides the product development process.

- Create a content framework that explains this strategy.

The ideal candidate for this job should have:

- Education: Degree from a reputed institution (IIT/IIM preferred).

- Relevant experience in the digital space - Apps, e-commerce, digital marketing.

- A high quality portfolio of work showing your skills, accomplishments and challenges.

- UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines for web and mobile applications, demonstrating clear empathy for the user, as well as business objectives.

- Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to details.

- Ability to juggle multiple projects in parallel.
