Content Head (4-15 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.

- Manage the content lifecycle, from planning and creation to distribution and maintenance.

- Lead and mentor a team of content writers, providing strategic and creative direction to ensure the development of high-quality, brand-aligned content that drives business objectives.

- Spearhead the planning and execution of content distribution plan across all platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

- Drive data-driven decision-making by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on content performance using analytics tools, ensuring insights are used to refine strategies and enhance engagement and conversions.

- Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to improve content outcomes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business development, product, and sales, to align content with broader business campaigns

- Identify gaps and opportunities in existing content strategies to enhance audience engagement and lead generation.

- Identify & activate channels & touchpoints to reach our audience seamlessly.
